The CEO already sold another company then deployed the capital in new company. He has total control over the company without external investors. So company's not that agile (150+ people).
I feel that it's not a typical startup where whole teams are running towards something. Multiple projects which I worked on till now have stalled. My company's vision is not clear. They're dabbling on many projects. My colleagues who're good also want to move out of the company eventually.
So I'm thinking to take up the Big Tech job. Then work on side projects to get back into an agile startup. Is it a bad decision?
