Hyper-V != Virtual Server. They're both virtualization products made by Microsoft, but the underlying technology is vastly different. Incidently, you can use the version of Hyper-V that comes with Windows Server 2008 R2 beta (i.e. Windows 7 server beta) to run Windows 7 client as a virtual machine.
