Vaunt is an initiative of Kochava Studios, the research and development arm of Kochava, Inc. Vaunt helps advance the open-source community by creating a recognition platform. It is used internally on a number of Kochava’s repositories to highlight their engineers. Vaunt leverage existing repository data (i.e git commits, pull request etc..) to recognize contributions from developers. Vaunt is not related to Kochava's enterprise solutions.
I can understand why we shouldn't assign more work to fast finishers. Should we recognize their performance as quick finishers, shall we let those times pass? How do manage the extra time he/she gets?
