One feedback, please do not let peoples comments influence you on what to build, have your vision and follow your heart. As the famous Steve jobs saying
"In your heart you already know what you want to do".
We have done a similar thing and build a tool to just do this in house. We have a team of human moderators who look at each review and do moderation.
Took a few weeks for a dev to build a hacky solution. Would have liked to see it then, may be we could have given you a try.
This seems pretty good. As an ml engineer where I have to try various apis provided by companies, it's a big pain to manage subscription and to maintain various accounts.
Maybe this makes more sense when you working at Facebook or Google and already earning top dollars with your stock options rising every year. In a situation like that you start looking for higher meaning with your work.
But for the vast majority of folks they get less than satisfactory salary, uncertainty about the prospect of the company. In a situation like that may be the dynamics and incentives would vary widely ( work satisfaction could just be a little piece of the puzzle)
This describes my situation to the point. I have worked in big unicorns and have deployed many ml based models in production which had moved the numbers significantly while many a data scientists in our team just kept cribbing about errors in data or scarcity of it.
I have no DS background, am a humble engineer but believe it's 10x better to just work with whatever you have available and get sit done.
"In your heart you already know what you want to do".
All the best.
