It could be [1]. IMO, it sounds more like something slapped on top of Flask. You will find similar packages for Django, Pyramid and so on. Tornado feels natural in this sense as it aims to be asynchronous right off the bat.
See also, aiohttp [2] which seems very promising (Python 3.3+). As an aside, I've never seriously considered Python 3 till now after taking a look at aiohttp.
Tanzania? Not so sure. What I've seen in Dar is that the way to access mobile money for instance is to dial 150XX# to access services. SIM Toolkit Applications on the contrary present as regular phone applications (albeit limited by the SIM tooklit capabilities).
Noticed link injection last week and tracked it down to a very useful extension called World Clocks [1]. Had a hard time trying to report it - finally tracked down the Report abuse button inside the details tab on the store.
One thing I noticed is that recent reviews of an extension are more accurate than the rating of the extension. Of course Google could mine these comments to track down problematic extensions and yank them.
