Thank you for your feedback. Yes, its a good idea to add a "How It looks" page. I could add a "Try Me" arrow in the home page to showcase the button better. yes, I also have to include other options like to touch on the page. But thats for the future :)
Currently my users are people with blogs & websites. My target market has to be web apps in the future. So people can put in "need help? email us" button. And as this button floats to the bottom right, its sort of a "feedback" button. I know that there are a lot of chat scripts which default to email when you're not online. But, its hard being online all the time for single founders and using a chat script to default to email is not worth the money.
The web is growing any way and more users need a simple solution for a contact form.
I would suggest finding a good font on Google WebFonts (http://www.google.com/webfonts) , pick a color & use gimp/photoshop. Most logo's only have text in them. I had to design my logo this way as I am on a shoe string budget for my startup.
It's good idea. I know a couple of companies that do Windows Support this way. Even Norton does Virus cleaning this way. But, how easy/hard is it to going to be for them to login/register to your site , create an account and make payments themselves ? It gets harder for them to enter credit card numbers online and I don't think you can provide support for that.
I was actually aiming towards general project management. But, I can see how it can be integrated well with zendesk/sifterapp.. I'm not really sure how integrating with github for would work for project management.
Yes and No. Rememberme cookie autologs in when you goto company.sprint.im (if you have logged in before). It however does not log you in directly if you try to goto sprint.im. This is something I probably should work on. A simple login link would solve all the problems.
