I would honestly go easy on yourself and talk to a counsellor so you can relax. Tonnes of people do degrees in one thing and then do something totally different..all you need to say is you got a CS degree but you want to do something different now.
Well I just had a journalist ask to be included on the list! It's all public information but this is just saving you a lot of time. Obviously, you need to write a good pitch. I'm careful not to promise coverage because no-one can promise that.
