Depending on your new provider, they might just see that they have a contract with you and sign the call on your behalf with B level attestation - indicating that they "know" the end user, but not that they have the right to use the number.
As long as they managed to attach the identity header to the sip invite correctly, and are not considered to be a shady actor - downstream providers such as carriers probably have no reason to label it as spam. Spam labeling is typically done via analytics, outsourced to third parties like First Orion.
Attest levels are not in themselves proper tools for spam detection. The real meat of stir shaken is the origid in the identity JWT claim which is an opaque identifier that can be traced back to a particular user/customer/network equipment.

The work we originally thought was needed was just a new meter box. Turned out we needed a new wire run from the meter all the way to our water line, a new pipe for the underground wiring, two additional grounding wires.
The utility said it wasnt their problem as the meter itself is their property but the housing, the way it attaches to the house, and the connection to the transformer was our responsibility to pay for.

I currently live in Rochester and we recently just had a bit of a wintry mix the other day. Towns have their trucks going basically through the storm as it happens and they are able to prioritize emergency routes for both plowing and salt pretty well.Plus many folks up here are used to driving in these conditions and have the tires and or vehicles for it.
More plows in my opinion would definitely have helped as long as they were dispersing treated road salt. During snow storms, traffic on our interstates do not grind to a halt because there is a constant rotation of plows for every lane doing the best that they can to keep the priority routes clear.

I've gotten my crawlspace spray foamed and I'm getting my vented attic spray foamed to bring it into my envelope. Also getting new windows and doors soon, but after all of that I think enough air could leak through sill and top plates, electrical outlets, etc.
Having the foam crew do a blower door test for free if we go with them, so I guess I'll see. I live in climate zone 5a (cool, humid) so historically natural ventilation was used via induced pressure differentials generated by mechanical means (dryer, furnace, bathroom and kitchen vents). When we get new furnace and water heater that pull combustion air from outside, we're left with mostly manual means for generating negative pressure that drives infiltration. (But also wind, and pressure differentials caused by temperatures in winter)
In our case, we're definitely considering either an HRV or ERV to supply fresh outdoor air that we control (input and output CFM, MERV #). Our indoor air quality is poor enough to the point where we live with the tangible symptoms (Rhinitis), not just numbers on a sensor.

In a modern home, there should be supply and return vents in every room. My home built in 1978 has 3 returns for the entire house, one on each floor. Master bedroom has a supply, but the return is located in the hallway. Over the years, the recommended door cut to allow air flow has been changed (presumably for greater privacy) - which leads to the scenario you're describing.
I could add the door cut back in, install return transfer grill, or look into adding a secondary heat recovery ventilator that acts independently of the primary HVAC system.
The box fan and high-merv filter hack is a good idea, but proper ventilation of filtered outdoor air is the best solution. Not always practical, but historically buildings breath via air infiltration due to pressure differentials, stack effects, wind, etc - might as well bring in the air on your own terms rather than it leak through your walls and insulation.

Echo your experience. Went to community college due to overall mediocre aggregate high school grades (but good in 10,11,12). Received 4.0 GPA my first semester and was able to transfer into my dream school after 1 year with a tremendous scholarship that when it's all said and done will have saved me 40k+ in student loan debt.
No regrets at all and am grateful for the opportunity to rebound from a lousy HS freshmen year and still do well for myself.
