The word 'bicycle' is mentioned only two times. 'bicyclists' once, 'bike' none. Why are we officially overlooking a fantastic and common form of transport?
Interesting. If the staff thought they would have to work through those 12 weeks of vacation anyway... or that it would be impractical to actually take 3 months vacation (or every Friday off), they probably wouldn't risk taking the salary cut. In our society the money feels more valuable than the time.
Thank you for this. It is very helpful to think of all the combinations I can make cheaply or quickly, with only a few ingredients. Reminds me that we don't need to go overboard to make something tasty.
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea during college, while I was my fittest. Running every day, lifting weights, etc. I felt great, besides the fact that I couldn't get myself out of bed.
I still haven't started using a CPAP machine, as I have developed other coping methods (sleeping on one side helps dramatically). I have considered doing another sleep study though, to get some more information and start with a CPAP machine for backup.
