The article (if that's what it is) is a tough slog. The vocabulary is at grade six level and the potty mouth language cheapens the message. And I don't know what that message is because I refuse to finish it.
Big media often play down the positive effect of protests against government and underestimate the numbers in attendance. They feign objectivity but subtly undermine.

I believe most people would never fathom ideas so evil, and yet this guy broadcasted it in the most public space in the known universe - FACEBOOK.
Thought crime is real in the US. I think we all make concessions not to say things in emails, text messages and on the phone so we don't set off invisible tripwires the government has set. We do it almost unknowingly.
The statement this guy said is different. It's not sarcastic, it's ultra-violent and distressing. He's either a person completely devoid of morals and decency, mentally ill, or so angry he can't control what he thinks and says.
He needs to fully account for what he said/threatened.

Lately, I've been hanging out on /. for that very reason. The topics and discussions are higher quality than HN IMO and the site is more configurable for the user.
Strongly disagree. The student was interested in getting to the point, not listening to NSA duckspeak. She had something to say and said it clearly and boldly.
Exactly the opposite of NSA's deception and obfuscation.
