This is a case of the rest of the world missing the forest for the trees. Wearing a helmet is always safer, but infrastructure is what makes cycling safe.
I've been writing a lot of OCaml lately and I'm impressed with the state of its LSP and development experience. I've had no issues with the LSP, dune works great. Having to use both opam and dune is a bit confusing, but it gets the job done.
Another interesting fact is that at least some of the cycle lane markings are projected rather than painted because otherwise they would be covered by the snow.
Here in Chile the government forced carriers to allow easy switching between them and banned selling phones locked to one carrier. This was really effective at bringing the prices down. Now I can get 200GB a month for ~15USD including 5G from almost any carrier.
