Most of my thinking is not in language, though I do sometimes talk to myself in my head. If someone asks me what I'm thinking or feeling, it sometimes takes great effort to translate it into words; and when I do attempt to express it I often feel the words are pretty inadequate. Like encoding a high-res image into a few pixels, or music into a few notes. Super interesting topic indeed.

You could submit evidence of the breach to security researcher Troy Hunt at HaveIBeenPwned (https://haveibeenpwned.com/FAQs#SubmitBreach). He maintains a database of data breaches and people can sign up to be notified if their info appears in a new breach.
It's true. I can see the risk here, since I could easily pressure my wife into voting a certain way or even fill out her ballot and forge her signature (if I ignored the warnings that it's a felony to do so). I think we have to weigh that risk against the benefits of greater participation/accessibility that vote by mail provides.
One of the differences is that a basic income eliminates the "welfare cliff". With any kind of means-tested system, there's a reduced incentive to increase your earnings because every dollar you earn reduces your benefit. With a universal basic income, there's no disincentive to work extra because you receive the benefit no matter your income, and earning an extra $5k is $5k more in your pocket rather than being offset by your benefit going down.
