Great stuff and obviously anyone with 2 brain cells gets it. However, how do these stats play to the population at large? The SF corridors of tech have a couple slants that are interesting, but it's very polar when it comes to population of male/female ratios. Am I not correct? Plus a foundation of gaming / influence from our male dominated demographic can be unfairly deemed unsocial which may be the pattern of socially unacceptable behavior.
That's in defense of culture, but also noting its obviously unacceptable behavior towards woman.
Define "immigrant"? Honestly, that can mean any class of things in loose definition of the term. I bet some Senator on the Intelligence Oversight committee, says legally speaking if your definition is everyone that is not Native American - you are an immigrant - just to fudge the law, until someone says you can't do that. The perverse intelligence community can only become perverse, if both the public holds the government accountable, but then the body of oversight - Congress, our elective official body of representation (noting the President doesn't really count anymore) - makes it so. It's gonna eventually happen, if it hasn't already started as of a decade ago (or more).
Yup, actually I do think they have the resources to do that. I don't doubt anything, anymore. Wonder why NASA is so defunded? Not to be a conspiracy guy, but realistically thinking if you aren't collecting information that's low fruit such as social media data - what are you going after, then?
The most notable information here is the dumpster diving at airports .. and what it can get you. Namely - people discarding their airline passes at airports. "Barcodes can also be found on “forgotten” boarding passes in aircraft or other locations." ... holy shit, I never thought about that ... wow.
Exactly, my point too. If you back feed, you usually get like 3.5c for each kwh you produce. The only problem is you generally pay 3x that to purchase when you are required to use electricity (et al. cloudy day). The shut-off thing is just common sense "don't kill they neighbor" doctrine.
Wait ... all that is says is that if you back feed into the grid, that you have to have a system shut-off. That's common in all southern states as far as I know? It's basically to protect utility workers that are working on electricity in the area so they don't kill themselves. It makes perfect sense and they have the ability to come in and turn your power off, naturally when doing so. Am I missing something?
