My friends family got stuck with a very sick child on the other side of the world and needed to go home. They managed to raise the funds needed amoung friends and family and used this plane conversion to get safely home. Im very grateful this can be done and I don't want to think about what could have happened if it didn't.
Here in Sweden we pay 110 euros total per month for very good daycare with cocked food (no prefab) for our 3 year old twins. Interesting how it is elsewhere. Our wages are relativley low and massive amounts of tax of course
Not at all tech related, but I like to listen to The Unexplained podcast with the British radio profile Howard Hughes. It's a bit out there, but his voice, and his broadcast pedigree makes it very relaxing to listen to, at least for me.
Interesting thread..
I've got twin boys that now are 2 years old. We made the descision to get rid of the tv, computers and smart phones when they were born. Now they are not that interested if you show them a tablet, they want to go outside and play instead. A extra upside is the amount of extra time you get each day
My twin boys are now 10 month and me and my wife decided that staying home both of us for a year to give them a good start was a good idea. It was, and i can really recommend people doing the same even if it means having to make tough decisions like changing jobs and not buying that new car
