Pasta and other carbohydrate-rich foods are nowhere near as bad as sugar for children. In the Nutella filled pastry, it is not the bread that’s the problem.
Sugar (particularly in beverages) and lack of exercise are the main contribution of child obesity increase worldwide.
Been writing code for 15 years. Now, I spent all my time defining specs, creating tests, and validating Claude’s/ChatGPT code (not reviewing, but validating with tests). The speed of development and quality of code is just amazing.
Doesn’t mean I don’t use existing code. In fact, LLMs tend to be great at finding existing libraries and reviewing potential sources should always be part of your prompt. Writing code from scratch is good for prototyping, but existing libraries tend to be much more robust and battle tested
I’m sure that, on average, most people across the country don’t know or fully understand the implications (not just Texans). But I’m surprised the state government approved such a program in a state where people tend to be highly protective of their privacy, deeply suspicious of government overreach, and generally prefer to take matters into their own hands.
So many insights in my past came from stackoverflow answers. But it always required reading through tens of discussions and combining solutions. Young engineers will never know the pain.
I agree with this. I've bought two fancy notebooks in my left and they are still clean, elegant, and unused. It feels wrong scratching notes and rip pages, so I am just afraid to use it
