To address some of these problems, I have created a Excel add-in[1]. It checks errors in formulas, facilitates easy navigation of formulas. One can even create drill down reports from formula.

One down side of this bundling approach is whenever there is a change in the static files you have to rebuild and restart app server.

Lack of native Date support was holding me back previously. Now i don't see any reason for not using rethinkdb. My next project will be using Rethinkdb! It will be nice if you can fix "groupby field names" issue https://github.com/rethinkdb/rethinkdb/issues/386 in your 1.9 release

Other main strength of golang is no run time dependecy! Making it highly distributable. And also cross compiles across different operating systems and different cpu architectures. This also should be mentioned in this article!
