Well, it supposedly was Salena Zito who "is board member of the Center for Media and Public Policy at the Heritage Foundation, and has worked for the campaigns of George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Rick Santorum" who was correct since she came up with it.
Personally I'm not sure on the state of the US when it's controversial to ask someone with little political experience how they are going to accomplish the things they say. I thought part of the reason to not go with a politician was so they would actually do things like keep their promises?
