To be honest - I think it's a timing thing - virtualization wasn't popular initially but VMWare did a great marketing job. Then any hyper-visor became acceptable. Now - VPS-style containers are becoming acceptable. IE: Docker.

I had a spreadsheet prior to this too ... that's why we decided to publish it (and programmatically keep it updated so it's always right - spreadsheets are tiresome to maintain!)
It's not what you want, it's what you want them to be responsible for, that they can achieve success in:
- Fund Raising and Financing
- Customer Acquisition, Marketing, Content Marketing, PR
- Metrics Metrics Metrics
Basically - the Start; the Operations (customer facing, not dev obviously); the Intelligence (where the overlap is and the co-founders work closely together on sharing their perspectives).
I love all this talk about hours worked as if it's not a proxy for achievement - of course it is.
Will weak workers achieve great things in 6 hours or 16 hours? No.
Will over-achievers do brilliant things in 6 hours instead of 16 - depends on your definition.
Hours worked, working smart and all this BS doesn't matter. What matters is the size and complexity of the problem your working on, and how many problems you have to solve to move the needle on your goals.
So if you can do a great 30 hour week a move the needle - lucky you! Some people have to pour in 80-100 hour weeks just move the needle because what they are working on just cant be done 'smarter'.
I think the discussion needs to move from hours worked and quality of hours worked, back to quality of people : and hopefully the right people will work the right amount of time to productively deliver whats needed.
Not a great vindication of the new CIO/CTO roles created within governments, if the 2 of them only lasted a couple of years in what should have been the most exciting and challenging phase of their careers.

Can I get more than just photos (files)? Can I save my data or will that get you banned from a few of the providers you integrate with!
I use Backupify for this 'anti-Cloud' type service - it backs up my Gmail. Since I use more than one PC, I'd like to see this do similar to Dropbox - sync local, in the Cloud, and be accessible through clients on any device. I suppose I could do that by putting the SocialFolders into Dropbox - but I'm not sure I want to pay on the double then.
