Does the email replacement sound like a support ticket system to anyone else? Is it down for anyone else? Works for me with IE 10 and Chrome. I know. Like I said, just taking a look, trying to understand why your friend wouldn´t want to switch to something else I didn't mean small scale as in not reaching orbit with it, but as having a small payload.
