hakus is an Augmented Reality App for kids where they can learn the ABCD in Augmented Reality. Kids can place their favorite characters in their living room, bathroom, on their bed. They can take photos with their favorite characters while learning the first important lesson of life, i.e. ABCD.

Using this app, kids can learn the ABCD in a very unique way. Kids will not only see A for Aeroplane but they can put the Aeroplane anywhere in the house. They can learn C for Cat and put that cat on their bed or play with the cat in the living room. Basically with this app, they can learn complete ABCD by visualizing the objects of ABCD in their own home.
Its not a good idea to ask users about features because users are not good at identifying the next features of your product. Instead the questions should be
1) What is the hardest part [about doing this thing]? (Identifies the pain-point of customer)
2) Tell me about the last time you encountered this problem? (Identifies the context of user's problem)
3) Why was that hard? (Identifies the specifics of the problem)
4) What have you done to solve this problem? (Identifies if user is already exploring the potential solution to that problem)
5)What dont you love about the solution that you have tried? (This is the exact question about the features but just in more efficient way)
All of the above questions are summary from YC partner Eric Migicovsky's youtube video on "How to Talk to Users". Its a great informative video.
I am a simulation engineer and trained other engineers to do the Engineering Simulation.
Often, I get comments from customers that they are not able to visualize the problem area in the simulation.
So, I created a software that brings desktop-based engineering simulation results from all major software (ex: Ansys, OpenFOAM, StarCCM+ or Autodesk) into VR.
Some of the major benefits of this software are
1) You can feel the liveliness of the objects in front of you in VR.
2) The problem area and its location in the simulation will be explicitly clear to you in VR.
3) You can import simulation results from all major software
4) It can be used with normal desktop/laptop with affordable mobile VR headset (and of course with High-End VR headset)
