We often build redundant tool, but one thing to remember, we are trying to do something which is right approach. One day you may end up with a million dollar idea. keep doing, what matter what others comment.
Mostly people are now much experienced with ctrl + C & V. lol...
We are missing typing, thinking, experiencing the joy of visualization at the cost of AI. although it is giving fruitful results, we are loosing the joy of small things at work.
IMO, earlier we used to spend time on the issue, analysis(RCA), confluence documentation, however, now organizations are spending dollars on AI and expecting Individual Contributors to use AI to deliver the product in weeks rather than original timelines.
This behavior forcing every individual to skip the other necessary activities like RCA and documentation and straightly trying to deploy the product into production.
