That seems to be suggesting that Motorola phones are doing well but Motorola continues to lose hundreds of millions of dollars every quarter. Ships take time to turn around but maybe the rumored X-Phone will make a difference.

One automatically scans your email to show related ads, another does a HTTP HEAD request to URLs for only the server headers, which they say is for malware scanning purposes. Both are automated jobs.
