Have you considered virtualization? Before adopting OSX, I went the virtualization route myself 4 years ago. I know it works on vmware (at least for me back then with vmw player running on Dell Linux laptop).
It probably depends on your requirements. YMMV

But then you dont get data about how much someone is willing to pay. Why not at least have your pricing table and underneath each pricing package, a signup for free call to action button with their own href anchor ( /signup#gold ) to track within google anyltics or something? This way even though people so sign up for free you'll gain a bit of knowledge about which package they clicked on and as a side effect the potential intend. Not perfect but better then no metrics.
How can this be harder than creating table with Word? Word always gets in the way. Word appears to be easier but down the road, it always end up as a painful process.
For me just the benefit of being mergable and delegating styling at the end of the tool chain is just plain great.
Btw if you're interested in a complementing piece of code, I have a small library [1] would give you the country for a given phone number (e164), so it could be used to prefill a default country value. It's not returning ISO code but I was planning on adding such feature.
We use ec2 within our telecom infrastructure which manages peaks of several thousands of calls with full duplex call recording on (think IO here) We are using the elasticity of ec2 to scale on demand.
This kind of instance is a nice addition for us as far as our auto scaling is concerned.
