I see digital currency getting stronger as an evolutionary process. Bitcoin will likely die off from something, if not this then something else, however, the next iteration of online currency will take it's place. The expression "that which does not kill you makes you stronger" should be applied to virtual, decentralized currencies as a whole and not to bitcoin.
