Stop thinking that. Think of yourself as the last piece of wonderful on earth and that everyone is here to compliment you, as egotistical as this sound it will boost your morale.
People need to get over themselves. The TSA are normal high school graduates that want a higher paid than 7.25hr. Let them work and stop getting butt-hurt when someone touches your genitals, in my world that usually constitutes for a good day.
Fuck it! If people have the balls and drive to go after what they perceive to be doable, why stop them? Failure is part of all our lives. That failure will lead them towards a) bettering whatever they thought was going to make it big or b) settling for conformity. I say let them fail, it will bring life lesson not learned any other way.
I agree with his initial premise that a good company - that offers a good product - first becomes well known through word of mouth. That is a given for any situation, hype will, whether false or not, bring people to your door steps; what you present to them afterwards is another story. But having them visit/try your product for the first time is essential.
I'm 21, do not have a college degree, work for 7.50hr, and feel exactly like this with the exception that I have to deal with it on my own because I neither have the time or money to spend on therapy. I've learn to deal with things and keep it moving because no one else is going to lend you a hand unless you have something to give in return; that's how I see it anyways.
