I think everyone's getting a little carried away because of emotions and opinions are flying around too loosely. He was just stating his opinion, but you do have a valid point. I agree with 'Someone' below who says, of course the infrastructure is way different in the Netherlands, as is the culture. You go on to say that 100% of Netherlanders ride bicycles as opposed to cars. I couldn't stop laughing as I read this, but in all seriousness, don't you think you're all being a little dramatic?
