This is not exclusive with an SPA. Even MPAs/SSR apps can have this issue. But I guess MPAs are probably not built with post load interactivity in mind and maybe that's why its less prevalent there.
If you really don't want the compilation step; you can use JSDoc and get almost the best of both worlds (not everything in TS is supported by JSDoc but most essentials are)

In Android, browser, messaging app updates and many even system updates are delivered through Play store (long after system/OS updates have stopped for the phone), so attacks will have to be much more sophisticated.
These links were probably shared to a site that was crawled by Google and indexed. I don't think this can happen with your personal queries shared with friends or in a closed circle.

This is not the reason for security patches taking too long to be released to certain phones; Google has a monthly cadence of releasing security patches and zero-days have rarely (I can't remember a case of that happening but maybe it has happened) missed do you have a source for it?

There are unlocked phones available and honestly this problem is mostly a US problem. Rest of the world isn't in the iron fists of their carriers.

You can vote with your wallet and choose vendors where this is not the case; Google, Samsung and Recently OnePlus offer 5 years of security updates.
But according to the video; a 10 year old windows laptop wouldn't have this issue as well. It would probably go to sleep properly as expected almost every time.
Also I have had this issue with Macbook Pro 15 (2019), so it can't be guaranteed every-time for any OS I guess; not sure of the reason though. To me closing the lid should take preference over everything.
I was thinking about making something like this but was stuck in a mental block that the number of combinations possible would be huge due to concept of _matra_, but pre-populating them was a really nice idea. Kudos to the author!
From what I understood from the video, the surface irregularities a general pancake can have when stretched to dimensions of the earth would lead to 10km high feature; Given even Mt. Everest is <9km, I am not sure why Switzerland wouldn't fit the definition
