How to create engagement on startup directory

Hi all, We have recently created a site for the global startup ecosystem, www.StartupBlink.com and so far so good for getting traction, PR and startups signing to the site. My question is the following. It easy to persuade startups to sign up (they get visibility and link), but we have yet to figure out a way to get them to keep on coming back to the site. I wonder if any of you has any idea about a value I can provide the startups and other entities that will keep on getting them back to the site. Thanks!
