(this is my first post, please tell me what I do wrong)
Recently I found a youtube video about this project (https://youtu.be/rJuRTZOE99g?si=yr6_TP_nLgHMPKzK) that shows the capabilites of Starcel. It can execute code snippets in most languages (eg. c++, python, lisp, rust). There are many more features. It is currently in development with a stable portable release hosted on the website. I think more people should know about this. (:
