It's a private company, not a democracy. There's a reason companies are governed by such. That and there's no incentive or binding rules for those "polls" to actually have or hold any weight. Basically what Elon says goes. What he agrees with, is done. What he doesn't agree with, regardless of the "poll" won't be done. Literal theater.

Is Elon OK? This seems pretty "woke", leaving policy decisions up to a (implicitly) majority-rules vote. I thought he was dead set against "woke".
