She was voted Naughty penguin of the month multiple times [0], so if there’s anything fishy going on I suspect her to be behind the scheme herself.

(which I assume is fake and doesn't represent voting.

UI issue... when you click on a penguin and then click the "Vote For" button, it sends you to the form below, however your penguin isn't selected, you have to select it again.

Apparently they have a lifespan of ~6.5 years but there's quite a few of these that are exceeding that expectation quite well.
