As a non-American it looks like the US West Coast plays a disproportionate role in “producing” global cultural shifts. This looks early stage, but is maybe one to watch.
Nah, people are too greedy, this will never take off in a large scale way.
It doesn't have to; wealthy people are by definition a small minority.
I think that taking money out of the system entirely means less demand competition for everyone else, which means more resources for others.
