I would never visit a country where I have to use a temporary phone. Why are we sending our athletes and supporting a country where such a thing is required?
You realize that the US is a country to which people bring temporary phones too, due to potential border searches?

There's a difference between some people choosing to bring a temporary phone to the US, and a government asking all travellers to XYZ country to use a temporary phone.
So does Australia, and I'm willing to bet the UK as well.
