If it's not clear how to use : - first add a video link and then click on load the video. - Now navigate where you want using the video player. Then pause. - Add a title to the chapter and click Add This Chapter.

Now you'll have the "timecode title" ex: 0:10:30 Talks about X automatically generated. You can then continue to navigate through the video to add other chapters.

Hi, I made this tool to make it easier for people to create YouTube chapters on their videos. Used Html and javascript that's it.
