2. Then choose Tony Robbins or David Goggins, and go deep.
I wrote an article, originally written for founders ==> but choosing one of these paths (whichever resonates most with you) will ABSOLUTELY transform your mindset, if you actually commit to it.

3. I also recommend a spiritual practice, if that calls to you at all. Most of all, sending you peaceful + warmth ==> hang in there, and you are not alone. Check out "The Untethered Soul" to start.
Great piece. Most MBAs learn this in b-school. This is wonderfully paired with this video (from Ray Dalio) --> which draws analogs to this process on the macro / country level https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xguam0TKMw8
Spend 4 days doing Unleash the Power Within. I was skeptical, but put my full effort into it and held back my cynicism. Ignore the annoying marketing/hype machine around it -- the actual content and the experience (when approached wholeheartedly) are awesome. Change your state, change your life.
For anyone interested in this thread - "The Upward Spiral" is a related book worth reading, that dives into both the neuroscience of depression and practical steps to work one's way out of it. https://www.amazon.com/Upward-Spiral-Neuroscience-Reverse-De...
Very promising to read this. Feels like many more studies needed and more data to be collected in order to figure out what is indeed effective and what's not.
Just like the early hype with microfinance decades ago - there was an initial hype cycle, then broader cynicism in the academic community, and ultimately, a data-driven informed understanding of what in fact works (on a more nuanced level - by country, income levels, program design, etc.)
Regardless of where you are on the political spectrum - it's really inspiring to see a company take a stand against political advertising, if it can't be properly vetted. One more step to strengthen our democracy.
