I’ve been using R1 last few days and it’s noticeably worse than O1 at everything. It’s impressive, better than my latest Claude run (I stopped using Claude completely once O1 came out), but O1 is just flat out better.
Perhaps the gap is minor, but it feels large. I’m hesitant on getting O1 Pro, because using a worse model just seems impossible once you’ve experienced a better one
I use Claude2 for medical queries and it far surpasses everything from any other LLM. Idk if it’s because it’s less neutered/censored but it isn’t even close

Every single city which has had these riots has seen a dramatic upshot in violent crime and economy ravaged. None have recovered since Ferguson
A lot more crime happens, nobody reports it though. Just like in the Bay Area for car thefts. Very underreported because we are discouraged from making reports and after the 3rd break in, don’t even bother reporting. Everyone using Camden as a success on Social media is mistaken.

I say with great confidence that Trump is too stupid to know this. Maybe Stephen Miller his far right aide did and pushed the line as a dog whistle but tbh I never heard of it either till now.
I’ve seen hundreds of extreme violence towards cops including death and worse. I’ve reported many and nothing happens. Some have many likes and retweets including by blue check marks. The justification of violence and racism towards a certain race and to cops is Alex Jones conspiracy level stupid. The bias is insane to any regular person
Seems quite scare mongering. Less lung function is not a big deal at all in my experience, especially at these levels. Same is true of pneumonia, most people will hardly notice anything serious. Very little evidence of other health issues. And this only looks like effects from those suffering serious symptoms whereas it seems like at least 90%+ of infected are asymptotic anyways.
I vehemently disagree with the blatant partisan lean of almost every news company, but this crony, spineless cowardice is a far greater sin in my opinion.
Why would Fox News report anything negative about GOP or CNN about Democrats? Media checks and balances are other orgs of different beliefs. Dangerous to rely on only 1 source or even 1 partisan community.
True but maybe 1% of those need respirators and those that do need them regardless of testing are currently getting them. Due to current measures no one is dying due to a shortage of medical equipment in the US.
That said, we must manufacture medical equipment for pandemics locally or have a reserve like oil.
