The growth was fast for netflix/amazon/paypal/etc and people saw how it was an improvement from the get go.
Their autonomous taxi program is a joke right now, especially compared to Waymo. Way fewer cities/rides, and they haven't even deployed their cybertaxi thing.
So your ai agent will send outreach emails to potential candidates it chooses, which is not really any different than using any of the automated recruiting tools already out there. I don't see what is the difference here - using LLMs to solve something that is already pretty much automates (outreach).
Young startups often use third party recruiters. Whenever I am looking for a job, I go through my email archives looking for their cold emails and reach out to them.
