I love my Chevy Bolt EUV. Normal door handles inside and out. Manual open/close trunk. Normal window controls. Normal infotainment unit with carplay/AA. Buttons and knobs for volume, HVAC, and hazard lights. Normal stick controls for turn signals and wipers.
It’s a great, simple EV and my only knock against it is the slow max charging speed making it not ideal for multiple stop road trips.
I love my Chevy Bolt EUV. It handles great on the freeway and is very manageable in the city. I’ve had it since October 2022 and put about 6,000 miles on it. It has been flawless so far.
We had new jet skis on a boat I worked on. The owners were scheduled for a trip soon and we needed to break them in. We had a poor deckhand running up and down fjords for days breaking them in. In BC. In winter. Poor guy was a champ though.
Yes. Running in a docker container alongside my HomeAssistant container. Works great and a much improved upgrade over homeassistant’s native YAML. If I knew python, I would probably just use appdaemon instead of nodered tho. Nodered with HomeAssistant has been rock solid for me. HomeAssistant is pretty much now just a state engine and all my automations are in nodered.
This is called free surface effect with liquids and as has been mentioned by other posts is a common and known problem with liquids. Free surface effect is a core component of vessel stability and is part of maritime stability education.
My wife is Swedish and her family live in Sweden, but we live in the US. Every year we ask them what they want us to bring them when we make our annual pilgrimage to the homeland. My brother in law wanted bbq sauce, so my wife bought six bottles of sweet baby rays sauce. She took a photo of the bottles and sent it to him. He laughed because sweet baby rays is available in Sweden at a lot of the grocery stores. So she went back to the store and bought six bottles of Stubbs. On our last day in Stockholm I was at the grocery store and saw a new display for Stubbs. Can't win.
Or a Big Green Egg or similar Kamado-style cooker. I've been making pizza on my BGE all summer, and it is fantastic. Cook for 2.5-3min at 600f, rotate 180 degrees, and cook another 2.5-3min.
Kamado cookers make great ovens, smokers, and grills.
