This software on Windows really is great (as of 1 year ago) specifically the font aliasing and size didn't match the rest of the system. It was way Smaller to the point of being unreadable for me.
I agree, and my experience has been that I can turn it all off. I didn't put it here as a "help me god" but it's been on the back of my mind for years, and I was hoping someone here might have academic knowledgeable with this exact experience.
Thanks for the comment. Interesting observation, you suggest that I am experiencing a form of lucid dreaming, but I only notice it when I experience a specific dream?
One thing that is constant throughout app these occurrences is the emotional path and my mouth lips and tongue that experience this feeling.
Every couple months when it takes an hour or two to fall asleep, I get this otherworldly feeling; like a specific part of my body is growing unbelievably heavy, large and uncontrollable. It feels like this body part will end up crushing me, suffocating me, imploding, etc. It feels like it's happening to me, but I am not in my body. I start to feel emotions start to wash by me, it starts with curiosity, shifts to discomfort then quickly on to anxiety, fear, depression, terror, and once the last three in a horrifying mix.
It started when I was young, probably 10 or 12, and has slightly decreased over time. I'm closer to 25 now, and it's lost it's hold slightly. Two or three times it got me out of bed and pacing around grabbing things for fear of death or an unimaginable irrational fear of my swelling tounge. Currently I have a high level of control over it, I can choose whether I want to dive in or what level of emotion I want to experience.
Is this an accidental over application of meditation? Is it dementia at an extremely young age?
Chat as a search engine will fail for several reasons. It requires creativity, it's inaccurate with much nich information, and it's slow. There is many reasons to use AI chat technology, but as a search engine replacement it fails completely.
Google search is objectively easier to use, and safer. You can view the website and judge for yourself the integrity of the content. It's slow, because every query that is better on ai chat has to be generated.
However, I am really excited to have a new google toy on my search bar to use when those times come. I hope they put it in the foreground, band offer at least a basic free tier.
I've been using GTP3's copilot when designing sql queries. I'm not very comfortable with sql, but I am with the mathematical basis. It's powerful tool to help learn language syntax.
I've experimented with systems design using it, but as I expected, it's a big fat no.
If a robot gtp account does not have human supervision, it will spit out all sorts of rubbish / be easy to spot. Else the manager will just be a person who spams low quality content. I'm concerned, but we have time to find a solution.
I recently had a user (probably a robot) star all of my public repos. I never thought it could be a real user who didn't understand the repercussions of giving login to github.com.
While eating at a restaurant yesterday I saw my old friend who lost his partner to cancer 2 months ago eating alone. He was looking very lonely, and I was struck with how eating is an immense part of our social life as humans.
I walked over and chatted after which he looked physically healthier. Let's not forget our loved ones.
