i could see hooks (to hang wrenches for example) as an additional part, also plate (that one could for example glue corkboard on and then be able to pin notes)
idea for a hobby project for someone better versed in hw than me - create a computer that can at least run basic with the MCU from the disposable vape.. :)
Look at coros. Currently wearing Nomad - getting around a month of runtime on a charge WITH notifications enabled (not too many tho, only important ones). And UX is great too imho. (Not affiliated, just a happy customer)
The game deserves it. As a non-native some of the things are tough without "cheating" but its still fun. Didn't check but do you also support other languages besides English? (In Estonian for example we have some tricky vovels: üöäõ, which might throw some code haywire)
hm, if i understand you correctly (non-native speaker here) you are advocating for plant based diet - and if thats the case, I don't agree with you. It might be possible to live on plant based diet in Mediterranean, but here up north where i reside (and even further in Arctic) it is, I think, next to impossible to survive only on plants - human body, afaik, cannot get everything that is needed in this environment, purely from plants. Taking maybe a very graphic example to get the point across - Eskimos did not learn to hunt whales (which was and is for them very dangerous) for fun but to survive - to counter the cold you need to consume more calories than you can get from (with reasonable amounts of) plants. (of course in arctic, theres whole another issue of growing anything ). Ofc one might say that in today's world everything can be flown in, supplements can be taken - but what's the cost ? to the body, to the environment where the plants/supplements are manufactured...?
Please do, if possible, a writeup on ESP32 version too - i have exactly the same need for one AC unit (daikin) and PI seems an overkill - but i have some esp32-cam's lying around...
watched the video - had a few thoughts i thought id share
instead of specific field (ie for pushups) why not a "tag" ? ie "Started doing pullups today, did <f>6</f> - not much, but i think with a daily practice, i could get to <f>20</f> by <fd>10-10-2025</fd>
and another, more cosmetical - to reduce visual clutter, i'd hide those "add fact | task" links, and only show them when hovering over the card.
also, dunno if you already have it - would have a "all tasks" view that would show me all tasks from all the messages.
