So like, would that not suggest that Google has a moat with AI, as it is already intertwined with our email, calendars, etc... (if they ever make their AI public)
It probably should be in the internet age. There is a huge cottage industry out there for fixing prices. I hope that the feds discover all the OTHER companies out there that are similar to RealPage.
I am 43, definitely not my experience when I was growing up in CA. When did the kids go from "good - well behaved" to "bad -poorly behaved"? Honest question - I really don't know any kids.
