its BS
Let me explain
OBC - around 48% of population
SC/ST - around 27% of population
General category - around 30% of population
That's why Gov is not doing caste census
Entire reservation is only 50% so remaining 50% for general
While reading I tried to come up with lots of questions which I am going to encounter in real life scenario like while reading chapter 5 first para, I come up with question "why replication is needed?" After finishing the chapter, these questions can become an anchor to build up the notes in my own language.
Notes also contains questions so that reviewing the content become better(recalling).
First look at the platform, I am assuming you are going to work on application which are going to work on browser.
JS and related framework (Angular, React etc) are really important and must have for job.
Now come to back-end, big enterprises use .NET as a back-end but most of the startup or tech focus companies are using open source.
Now within open source there are multiple options like Java, Python, Ruby. I would recommend python as its very easy to start and great choice for many different kind of applications like web, data science/ML/AI.

Background: I am a self-taught developer who has built, designed, tested, and deployed several large-scale applications.
I'm looking to move to a company where technology is the primary thing. I want to work with a team of highly motivated individuals on challenging problems.
People who claim Modi ia a pro development are ill informed. If Gujarat is a "model" than at least 5-6 states are in India which you can call "super model".
People of Gujarat were always pro business and evidence for the same is, people of Since independence, people of Gujarat are least dependent upon government jobs and having low un-employment rate always.
Now why Modi was elected. Reason is same the way congress was winning in last 50 years.
Media, Propaganda, Mix politics with religion and wrap all those into "Hope".
1. Don't tell anybody because it will give you a sense of achievement and you will loose your motivation.
2. Do one thing at a time, like next 20 days for x project/habit/task.
3. Do't just plan it will give you sense of relief that you have done enough instead identify risks like what I'll do if I spent time on Facebook instead of doing x task and take action for the same.
http://visualwebsiteoptimizer.com/ is also a great tool to A/B testing. I have never used Optimizely and not sure about the comparison, but visualwebsiteoptimizer was sufficient for me for not to look into another tool ;).
PS: I am not associated with visualwebsiteoptimizer or their team. I was just a happy user year ago.
There are always two way to solve the problem. In this case politician can solve this problem by implementation and execution of plan for increasing the productivity and increasing the jobs. Second plan is to feed them with free food. Second one is easy and give them quick votes, though its dangerous for poor people as well as country.
