I would never trust something like model routing to the same company that would profit from it, and that goes for telling models doing their own routing when that could easily be trained into the model to make things more expensive. Sort of a conflict of interest.
Models are first and foremost trained by corporations.
I mean you could probably say that for most crud applications, the difference is somebody else is already done the work of setting everything up and it looks nice

The term "millennials" referred to a specific cohort of people that all share similar experiences and therefore culture because they were born around a specific time (early ninties).

Also, Hoffman very intentionally opened the door to talking about generational differences, this kind of feels like the commenter may have touched a nerve
Even if it's not the same resolution there's still benefits, a bit one that it will likely be WAY less expensive, both upfront and in maintenance, even after building the water tank. It might also replace a fair amount of routine ultrasound usage because of the reduction of operator skill.
Also, there's plenty of people who can't be in MRI machines, and likely a lot safer for everyone else.
