So the problem is not Pizza nor pasta nor potatoes nor bread nor protein but all the extra supper high calories, near zero nutrition things that go on top of them?
Call me obtuse but the way this is being portrayed by the companies involved, media, seems a little odd to me.
Didn't the model + harness do what was asked? If I ask a coding agent to write a very clever piece of code and it turns out impressively clever, it did what I asked.

Humans have been offloading thinking to something/some entity forever. From gods to influencers.
AI is the current popular way (at least in these circles) and if it's too much or too little it might not matter. What will matter is if this offloading is making people unhappy and having any negative impact in civilization.

I've come to realize it's all about perspective. Something from the engineering stand point may not be a bug because there's nothing to fix.
But the user might be having a bad experience because of that so it must be a bug.
In the end, the user's perspective might be the less-wrong one.
