Isn't the jury still out on that statement? Pretty sure we've been experiencing the long-tail cultural decomposition caused by the effects the industrial revolution brought with it with the exception of a 20 year opportunity to change our trajectory as a species. I think getting out of this conundrum alive will require de-segmenting our cultural narrative around how we got here.
Do any of the sites he browses use cloudflare for DDoS protection? Does it use recaptcha to verify that he's human? Do the sites he browses have servers that are housed in a beligerent nation state? Did he use dns servers in a beligerent nation state? I feel like if the answer is yes to any of these might make most of this article moot.

AFAIK the M3 is going to take a lot longer as the asahi team leverages apple silicon in their CI which means mac mini servers and the M3 generation never got their mac mini. Of all the generations to finally take the plunge into apple silicon, I had to choose the weird one... (typing this on an M3 mbair and not on linux sigh)
Oh no! I didn't know their IPFS initiative didn't pan out. What happened to it? I am surprised how hard it is to google. I remember interviewing for a role on that team at the archive to help move it to filecoin. Was so happy to hear that the effort was underway to decentralize their datastore. I think there's your first problem right there. I recommend seeking dev communities on more federated social networks. I have found there to be more support and less clout/lore building than on Twitter. And supportive communities ship products!
I just noticed my use of 'mostly' which unintentionally is doing more heavy lifting than it should. I was incorrect to use that word, but the point remains.
A lot of what I have been following is from here[1] and mentions:

And from my understanding of that region's geopolitics, isn't Hezbollah a political party? So this is like reading about a nation state blanket bombing targets that are of members of the Republican party right?
Weren't these people mostly emergency responders? Like doctors and EMTs? And yes, killed several, but also injured thousands? I'm a little concerned by the vocabulary used in the op title.
