Just say no unless they have an immediate and definitive way to bolster your efforts and energy. Life is too short. Intense focus is critical to success.

3-5 a week, a few months ago. LI has done a good job of reducing to 1-2 every 2 weeks. Reject enough obvious fake ones and there is a self-learning component.
because, depending on the customers, they do not know the technologies to help them exist, or they mistakenly believe are only available to their big kahuna, deep-pocketed competitors.
I blame companies with their ridiculous and morally corrupt, "fam this" and "fam that" when they sought to squeeze more productivity out of their workforce by playing on emotional connections to real blood family. So they got highly opinionated, grossly over-demanding employees as a result.
I struggle with it while focused intensely building my MVP which I am enjoying immensely. Take a walk with the dog often and be prepared and give yourself the time, when your body needs to shut down on periodic random days. It will let you know or else you will start getting sick more often (flu, common colds), etc.
