Great video from asianometry explaining AI chips (GPGPUS, general purpose GPUs) roots in GPUs (graphics processing units) -- how did we get here and what do these chips do?
I was indeed thinking in terms of "incriminating" veg oil, but more in favor of omega 3 fatty acids (as is also the trend in Atkins etc,) not necessarily saturated fats in butter. (edit: Also silently implying here that n-3 to n-6 ratio matters. Omega-6 fats are essential, but in nature n-3:n-6 is found in more desirable ratios.)
I get what you're saying re: exercise and stress, but I have to believe that for some percent of the population, diet rules over the ability to have enthusiasm for exercise and the ability to deal with stress. Everybody's got stress. Some people feel it more than others.
Except that when you eat cholesterol, it is digested and absorbed from the food as cholesterol, not lipoproteins. So it's really silly to say there's "bad" or "good" cholesterol in food.
The main purpose of lipoproteins such as LDL and HDL is to carry fatty fuel around the body. Cholesterol just gets a ride-share along with the fat since it is not water (and by extension blood) soluble.
And the thing that makes levels of HDL and LDL in the blood "bad" has more to do with high blood sugar messing up the lipoproteins' ability to identify itself to the liver (search oxidation & glycation of lipoproteins) which causes excess levels in the blood, than it has to do with cholesterol.
IMO the focus on cholesterol (edit: as the source of disease) in popular science and medicine has been a huge mistake.
I can't recommend enough this recent video by youtuber donoteat01, which goes into depth about (everything wrong with) Elon Musk's underground highway system, and then about privately funded "public transportation," including train projects like this, in general.
While I'd be very happy to have this kind of gym at work the general vibe seems like a cult-like overreach, particularly the needing a personal or family story thing. Leave peoples' health histories out of hiring.
That said, there is nothing to prevent someone in a wheelchair, for example, from being or becoming fit. Nor does not being fit prevent you from working towards fitness.
