Quantum trajectories more or less have the usual Copenhagen interpretation built in, so they don't really solve the old interpretation problems any more than decoherence does. Although they can be a nice way to understand some experiments, in particular how conditional probabilities of a set of measurement results obtained in sequence occur, I'm not sure if it's good to present it as some fundamental insight in popular articles.

All distributions I know use a pre-shared keyring for package signing, distributed on the initial installation media. Public keyservers are not involved.
This is unaffected by any issues with web-of-trust and public keyservers.
Debian installations come with preinstalled keyring with the archive signing keys. Upgrades to that keyring are provided via packages, which are signed with the previous archive key. The same for Fedora and rpm. Public keyservers or web of trust are not involved.

That's not so clear. The LCD subpixels and CMYK dots may well be below the optical/retina resolution of the eye, in which case it's not really an illusion at all as it's already in the signal data the brain receives. This is quite likely so, because you cannot see those dots individually even with concentration. The same likely goes for squinting your eyes as they become optically unfocused.
In contrast, here the issue is undoubtedly in how the brain interprets the signal data, i.e., an illusion.
This is a common practice in Europe as I understand, not just Germany.
The thinking as I understand it goes along these lines: there are requirements to get a degree (thesis, pass exams, score high enough in exercises), but the university is primarily a center for learning and you are an adult, so how you achieve the abilities to fulfill the requirements is your own business. If you want to do things on your own, you are free to do so.
