Based on my experience, one of the most challenging aspects of CRM is having sales agents manually enter customer data and log activities such as calls and emails, especially when dealing with messaging across different platforms. While many SaaS and open-source CRM systems offer basic contact, lead, and opportunity management features, they often lack comprehensive solutions for these issues.
Wow, I wasn't aware of this. With such amount of money raised, I would expect a more polished app/frontend. Their core open-source product as a password manager is solid, but the UX/UI could definitely use some improvement.

How many electric scooters do you see on the street in compare to the gasoline counterparts? Honda alone deliver about 2.7 million bikes per year in Vietnam. All of the Honda bikes are ICE. The number of new electric scooters is not even six figures.

Even with very fast delivery, having to switch email or SMS still take time and interrupt the signin process. We all know how costly it is to switch context.
Coca-Cola, Nike ... are some magnitudes different in brand recognition. They can afford to do that. I find it quite frustating when I'm on some startups' websites and after 1-3 clicks around I still don't know what their products or services do, lost in marketing/tech jargons. After that I just quit. Come on people, use English!

Guess I'm the opposite. I hate USB-A the connector with passion. I always have to try 2-3 times to be able to plug the USB-A connector in. Now I keep only 2 USB-A chargers in my home for legacy devices and advice my wife explitcitly not to buy new gadgets with USB-A connector, be it mini or micro.
Network and bandwidth are absolutely not free but certainly not that expensive as the three major public clouds are charging: $0.1 per GB equals to $100 per 1TB transfer.
Linode, Digital Ocean and other hosting companies sell small VPSs with 4TB bandwidth for $10/month and still making profit. At places like OVH, Hetzner bandwith is virtually unlimited.
