Mocking protestors feels a bit like punching down. They're just regular people trying to do anything possible to wake people up. Not their fault those with power seem to be doing very little to change things meaningfully.
Twitter and Reddit for some reason get a pass from Apple's App Store Guidelines on this. It seems unlikely any other app will be able to have as explicit NSFW content as those two.

As a One Medical customer, the experience post IPO has been awful. Hard to get appointments and less and less MDs available with incredibly high turnover. I wouldn't say their interests are aligned with mine at all, but agree the customer data being in Amazon's hands isn't great.

They don't gravitate towards it. The algorithm inches them towards that. It starts with exercise videos and healthy eating, which is fine, but eventually goes towards eating-disorder content. Similar for boys.
